Shipping and Returns

GiftDaisy offers the following shipping options for delivery within the U.S. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO addresses or US territories.

GiftDaisy uses UPS and FedEx to offer the following shipping options:

*Product Processing Information:

  • Shipping method cutoff times during the last 7-10 days before major holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Chanukkah, Christmas) may differ from our regular cutoff days and times.
  • For personalized gifts, add three additional business days for processing for most personalized products.

Shipping Details:

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers.
  • Perishable gifts may have restrictions on shipping method.
  • Shipping Surcharge: Some items may have an additional shipping and handling surcharge.
  • Alaska and Hawaii items will require an additional day and charge for delivery.
  • If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available.

At GiftDaisy, we stand behind our products, our service and you, our customer. If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with your gift, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will exchange it or issue a gift certificate or refund.

(Please note that monogrammed and personalized gifts are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they are damaged. Flowers are not eligible for exchange or refund after 7 days and plants are not eligible for exchange or refund after 30 days. Additionally, we are unable to refund gift box or gift wrap charges and cannot accept them as a return.)

Returns and Exchanges
GiftDaisy is happy to replace a gift with another selection, or issue a gift certificate or refund according to our guarantee described above.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip.

Obtain a gift return (GR) number by calling Customer Service, toll-free 888-878-7701 during or customer service hours.

Include the GR number in the following return shipping address:

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. GiftDaisy is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, GiftDaisy will provide a prepaid return label.

Sending to Multiple Recipients
Use our multiple ship-to capability to send gifts to different addresses, whether you're sending the same gift to everybody or different gifts to each address. GiftDaisy has enhanced this service so that you can take care of all your gift giving in a single checkout. Look for it on the Checkout page.

All orders shipping to Illinois residents, ADD 8.75% sales tax to your order.

GiftDaisy reserves the right to charge an additional $10.00 for address corrections if recipient's address is not correct.
