All online transactions at Yahoo! are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into a Yahoo! order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us. Except to verify credit card information to complete your order, we do not use or release any credit card or financial information for any purpose. For privacy purposes, all information relating to our customers is stored on a highly secure server that is not accessible via the Internet.
Shipping Info:
All orders of in-stock merchandise normally ship within 24 hours if they are received Sunday through Thursday. Orders placed on Fridays and Saturdays will be shipped the following Monday. All orders of in-stock items received Monday-Friday before 1:00pm (EST) will ship the same day. Orders received after 3:00pm (EST) will ship the following day. You should expect to receive your merchandise in 3 to 5 business days. Orders placed on Friday for FedEx Overnight delivery will be delivered on Monday. Please call customer service for Saturday delivery. We ship via FedEx. Shipping is available Monday-Friday. Please note, FedEx cannot deliver to a P.O. Box , so we need a street address, or if using a rural route number, complete address and the nearest crossroad. We will ship to PO Boxes and military addresses through the United States Postal Service for an additional $5.00 per destination. This charge will NOT appear in your order total.
GiftDaisy reserves the right to charge an additional $10.00 for address corrections if recipient's address is not correct.
Ship Rates:
Shipping prices are determined by the actual size and weight of each gift or gift basket. Your shipping charges will automatically be calculated for you on your order page. An average FedEx ground gift basket will cost $10.00 and an average FedEx 2 Day Air gift basket will cost $25.00, again, these are averages.

International Shipments:
We are more than happy to ship merchandise to your international destination. All international shipments are shipped FedEx. When placing an International order, your order confirmation will not contain shipping charges. Shipping charges will be calculated at our distribution center and an acceptance email will be sent to you containing the shipping charges. Once we receive your acceptance of the charges, your order will be processed. All applicable duty charges will be your responsibility?
Note: All deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands require a minimum of Fed Ex 2nd Day Air Service and a $10 additional charge for handling. Again, International shipping charges are based on weight. You will be notified of the shipping charges.
All orders shipping to Illinois residents, ADD 8.75% sales tax to your order.
Returns:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Exchanges and Giftdaisy.com credit available within 10 days unopened (sorry, shipping and handling charges are not refundable). We cannot give exchanges on opened merchandise. Return shipments should be pre-paid with the package securely wrapped. Please call customer service at 888.878.7701 before returning any item.
If the items are damaged, notify us at 888.878.7701. We will gladly exchange the damaged item for a new one or we will gladly give you credit for anything else in Giftdaisy.com.

If an individual item is out of stock, GiftDaisy will switch like item for one of equal or greater value. GiftDaisy requires all chocolate items be shipped FedEx 2nd Day or FedEx Overnight for the months of June thru September due to the extreme weather conditions. GiftDaisy may substitute items (such as chocolate), that may melt, etc., due to extreme weather conditions.
