Orders placed by 1 p.m. CST are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 1 p.m. CST are shipped the next business day. For example, if you place an order after 1 p.m. on Friday, that order would not ship until Monday, which is the next business day.
We are unable to ship to the following destinations: • P.O. Box (a physical address is required) • APO / FPO (military addresses)
Returns
Claims for credit, due to incorrect address information will not be honored. Nor will we be responsible for unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery supplied by the sender,decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, a reroute requested by the sender or product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient. Furthermore, customers will incur any additional fees charged by the carrier for address corrections.
Late Delivery
A limited guarantee is implied for all 2-day and overnight shipments. If the parcel carrier fails to deliver your package on the requested day, your shipping charges will be refunded. However, Overnight and Two-Day Air shipments to remote areas are not guaranteed. Our refund policy does not cover: • Unforeseeable/Unpredictable weather conditions • Ground shipments (arrival dates are estimated) • High seasonal shipping volume (such as Christmas)
Order Changes or Cancellations
We do not allow orders to be edited or canceled within one business day of the requested delivery date, or within the three (3) business days prior to Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day, because of extremely high volume of orders during these times.

We offer a wide variety of fresh and seasonal products. We use our best efforts to supply products as represented on our website. However we will occasionally need to substitute ingredients, packing materials, containers, decorations or other items in order to fill an order. At times, Mother Nature can be unpredictable. If due to crop failure or poor weather conditions a particular flower, plant, or color choice is not available, we reserve the right to substitute with another fresh selection of equal or greater value. At times, certain gift basket components may become unavailable or discontinued. As with fresh products, we reserve the right to make substitutions with items of equal or greater value. We will not make an adjustment in price or communicate that we've made a substitution. We reserve the right to ship the quantity in stock and modify order total.
Shipping
We offer several shipping options: Ground (3 - 5 business days estimated), 2 Day Air, and Next Day Air.
Weekends and Holidays are not counted when determining the number of days in transit. If a specific arrival date is required, we suggest either Overnight or Two-Day delivery. Giftdaisy.com, in conjunction with our carriers, will attempt to deliver a product on a requested day. Our carriers are not obligated to telephone recipients prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
International deliveries are shipped through Priority Mail and there is an extra $15.00 charge for duty and insurance taxes.
No Minimum Order Requirement
Giftdaisy.com has no minimum order requirement for our baskets.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Illinois (10.0%).
